My yummy Gluten Free Banana Bread

My family loves their banana bread! I have taken my grandmothers old recipe and tweeked it, modified it, and made it my own! This bread is fluffy, full of flavor, and gluten free!

2 cups gluten free flour, I used King Aurthors All Purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

1.5 cups mashed bananas(about 3medium ones)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup lactose free milk (I’m sure regular milk would work de too)

2 eggs

1/4 cup melted butter, I used salted butter but not salted is fine too
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.                                                                                 Grease your bread pan.                                                                                              Mix all day ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine the bananas, sugar, milk, eggs, and melted butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingrients and mix. Pour into bread pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean from checking it.
